You can transfer your domain to ours. When you click on
the order button, choose Option C.
and fill out the order form. We will assist you in
changing the information with the interNIC at no extra charge.

quickly can my account be setup?
Accounts are setup as we receive them. Publishing to your
domain name or seeing that your domain is live on the World Wide
Web depends on the DNS/nameservers being properly registered.
Once the DNS information reflect our information, the it is
possible to see your site working within 24 hours.
Depending on your registrant or how fast you change your DNS
information, it can take up to 2-3 days.

is domain parking and can I
"park" my domain name at EverPlanet?
Domain parking is a way of reserving your name without
having to build a web site. The latest estimates predict
that over 8,000 names/month are currently being registered.
With that in mind, parking your name guarantees that when you
are ready to build your web site, your name will be ready as
well. You may register your domain with us or any
registrant. If
you have any questions, please feel free to call us and we will be
happy to step you through the process. You may park as
many domain names as you like with no charge from us. *You
are still responsible for paying for your domain name with us or
your registrant.

I pick any plan I choose no matter what status I am (personal or
business)?
Yes, you can pick any plan you may like regardless what
role you are.

do not want to pay with credit card. Do you provide paper
base invoicing?
Yes, we can email you an invoice and you can mail us
your payment in check or money order. We
offer 10% discounts for paying yearly to ease the burden of
writing a check monthly.

Yes, international orders are welcome. You still have to register with your appropriate domain naming service.

am I billed?
You can choose to be billed monthly, quarterly, or
annually. We can automatically charge your credit card or
email you an invoice before each pay period.

I get a discount for paying a year in advance?
Yes, you can save 10% off
the yearly subscription.

What
if I referred someone to your site?
If you refer an account to our site
and they completed an application and stay for at least 30 days,
you will get credit of $10 towards your account.
